1. Shipping

1.1 Shipping Method

Orders will be dispatched through the transport companies with which IPD Poland Sp. z o.o. maintains active service agreements.

1.2 Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 5:30 PM and Friday before 4:30 PM will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed on the next working day.

1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Once the customer adds products to the cart and confirms the shipping address and delivery options, the system will automatically calculate and show the applicable shipping fee.

1.4 Shipping Address and Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process. IPD Poland Sp. z o.o. will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Circumstances beyond the control of the transport company (e.g., recipient absence).

1.5 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are generally 24–72 hours, depending on product availability, destination, delivery schedule, and payment method. Delivery times apply once:

  • Service availability has been confirmed, and
  • Full payment has been verified.

For products that are not immediately available, our Customer Service team will inform you of the expected availability.

1.6 Orders with Multiple Products

Products within the same order may have different availability dates. In such cases, deliveries may be made separately. If a product is unavailable at the time of shipment, the customer may cancel the order before dispatch by contacting Customer Service at bok@ipd2004.pl, indicating the order number.

2. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without penalty and without providing justification.

A full refund of the returned product will be issued within 30 calendar days from the date the withdrawal request is received.

2.2 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer.

2.3 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

After the 30-day withdrawal period, returns or exchanges may only be accepted for technical issues covered by the product warranty.

2.4 Conditions for Returned Products

Returned products must:

  • Include all original components and accessories.
  • Show no damage, wear, or evidence of improper use.
  • Be properly packaged for safe transport.

Returning the product in its original packaging is recommended. If original packaging is unavailable, any loss in value resulting from inadequate packaging may be deducted from the refund.

The customer is responsible for proper packaging and protection during return shipment.

2.5 Full Refund Eligibility

A full product refund will be granted when:

  • The return is requested within 30 calendar days.
  • The product is received in good condition and complies with the requirements above.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Fully performed services where execution began with prior explicit consent and acknowledgment of withdrawal waiver.
  • Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once execution has begun with prior consent and acknowledgment of withdrawal waiver.

4. Returns Due To Company Error

If a product received does not match the order due to an error attributable to IPD Poland Sp. z o.o., the customer must notify Customer Service by email as soon as possible.

In such cases, IPD Poland Sp. z o.o. will cover:

  • Collection of the incorrect product.
  • Delivery of the correct item.

5. Return Verification

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our facilities. If any required components are missing or conditions are not met, the customer will be informed via email.

6. Refunds

When a return or withdrawal is accepted:

  • The amount paid for the product will be refunded.
  • Original shipping costs are excluded from the refund.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in cases of company error).

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.
